Steve Ahern has been selling real estate for over 33 years in the Avalon and Stone Harbor areas since 1986. Helping families find their Seashore retreats and investments.

In 1992 earned his Broker-Salesperson license from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.

During his years selling Real Estate he strived to improve his skills by continuing his education with specialized education courses offered within the real estate industry and through the National Association of REALTORS. Earning various designations and certifications within the real estate industry.

SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource
RSPS - Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist

Steve has also served his REALTOR Community during his career. Steve has served the Cape May County Asociation of REALTORS and the Cape May County MLS in a variety of capacities. He has served on the Board of Directors for several years for each organization, and as the Treasurer in 2013, 2014 and 2015. And the Chairperson for the Circle of Excellence Task Force for over 20 years.

Steve has also served on a variety of committees for the New Jersey REALTORS on their Board of Directors over a five-year period. And was the Chairman of their Legal Affairs Committee in 1998 and Sales Associate Committee in 1995.
